System Deployments can be very time consuming. The process of selecting vendors, creating timelines, and managing communication with vendors can be daunting. AVCG will handle much of this logistical portion for you. We will make an initial site visit to determine what systems you currently have in place and work with you to decide what systems and functionality that you would like to have. We will also help you set and determine a proper budget for each of your projects. The next step is soliciting proposals from vendors. We have over the years, built relationships with many vendors and will help you go through the process of collecting proposals. We will make sure that all of your needs and wants are covered in each proposal and can also help you select vendors to speak to if that is preferred. Once proposals have been submitted, we will discuss each proposal with you to determine which one fits your requirements and stays within budget. Lastly, we will assist in the timeline creation and management of the project. Every integrator has a project manager, and we will assist them in making sure rooms are available, timelines are maintained, and systems are being deployed properly.
