Service Description

Our consultants will work hand in hand with the selected vendors and integrators to educate you on how your new system works and how to optimize its use.​ ​ We will create and provide you with training videos so that new employees have access to training instantly. We also offer additional training sessions for new employees if that is your preferred method. Our goal is to ensure that all "users" are fully trained and educated on not only how to use the system but also, we focus on basic troubleshooting methods in the event there may be any issues. Technology is amazing but can be finicky, at AVCG we work hard to ensure that your teams can do basic troubleshooting steps to keep the system up and running at all times. In the event of system issue that are beyond the basic troubleshooting steps, most integrators will provide a warranty period where they will at no cost fix any issues with craftsmanship and hardware. Once the system is past its warranty date, we at AVCG can assist you in troubleshooting or we can also arrange a service contract with your integrator and ensure the service contract makes sense and is beneficial to your organization.
